Yaya Por Vida is a nonprofit organization offering resources for people struggling with substance abuse disorder. They focus a lot on harm reduction to make sure they can help anyone independently of where they're at on the journey.
I designed this volunteer T-shirt for them as part of a pro bono design opportunity. I took the moon symbol from their logo and gave it a loving and embracing personality as a character. I illustrated their rough and complex mission in a light-hearted and approachable way. This design was selected by the organization to be produced for their Port St. Lucie operations.
